There are two main ways to obtain your W-2 form from UPS:

2. Request a Copy (Current or Former Employees):

  • Phone: If you’re unable to access your W-2 electronically, or are a former employee, you can request a copy by calling the W-2 Reissue Customer Service Representative at 1-800-533-7768.
    • Hours: The helpline operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding holidays.
  • Mailing: You can also request a mailed copy of your W-2, but this method might take longer. Contact your HR department or refer to previous communications from UPS for specific instructions.

Additional Tips:

  • W-2s are typically mailed to employees’ homes by the end of January each year. Ensure your address information is up-to-date with UPS to avoid delays.
  • If you haven’t received your W-2 by mid-February, it’s recommended to reach out to your HR department or use one of the methods mentioned above to request a copy.
  • You can also obtain your income information through the IRS website by filing an online request or submitting Form 4506-T. However, this might take longer than requesting a copy directly from UPS.
